It's been 3 months, I never blog, It's been 3 months, I am not in blogosphere, It's been 3 months, I never visited any blog and not keeping updated with anything happened around in blogosphere.

It's been 3 months, as if I am dead. what actually I have been doing in these 3 months times?

I am searching for an answer, an answer for Life, an answer for the Life that I want. I noticed that many of us, actually does not know what they want and always trying to flip through every pages in life to find the true meaning beneath life. I don't know about you, as you can go around and sees people talks and do things. You may actually observe what changes their life, if you were to ask them about what they want in their life, they may answer about what they don't want and not what they want, if you are a law of attraction fans, you may have know that sending out negative thoughts will give you more of what you don't want.

I doubt about the universe thingy and power of thoughts, as if we are the master of our thoughts. After carefully go through again and again, actually the whole point here is to "Think Positive". See those successful people around you, successful doesn't mean only wealth, but wealth, health and a pleasant family and life/lifestyle. You may notice that the more positive the person, the more likely these people will get what they want, however for those that whom aren't so positive and always being negative will get messed up more and more.

The others thing is about appreciation, or refer to gratitute, if you are being positive, you may always been very grateful for who you are and what you are. You may have make wrong decision along your life, you may have done something not so right. But whatever it takes, you will learned by changing your mindset to think positive, you may feels different. I am sure you have been doing that sometimes, it's just that you aren't so comfortable, aren't so comfortable in lying about your feeling.

Somehow, being positive does not mean ignore the problems, being positive will leads to more action, more efforts and more energy. Ignorant works the other ways round and the end result is very clear here.

It's up till now, you may find it common sense, but to really doing it, it's not what you think.

Stop blogging for a month and started again…It's been a hard month, please allow me to rant a bit here, don't know why, there's always something bad, unexpected, moody, hopeless, sinful, shameful, lifeless happened between October and December every year, tired of never ending cycle of life. I ain't demanding, but just a humble wish to have a simple life "a house, a lovely wife and a happy family". Well, maybe some of you have been to that kind of level and yet closing this chapter of life and moving on with another greater chapter of achievement, while your friend here is still finding every pieces to complete the jidgsaw of the picture to move on.

Darn, wonder why guys don't have PMS yet they still have this kind of mood swing, just flame me "A**holes, go out and have some fun and stop rambling here" or "go see a doc you are into depression" or "Stop being an a**holes, go out and meet some new chicks/friends and play with" or "F*ck off, there's many better things to do in life, grow up and learn dude". Better enough?

Let's continue, have you ever felt like you were daydreaming through life? Something is just not right with your existence? Don't know about you, but guess this feeling when something that concern you are not true to yourself. Yourself is yourself, freedom is your freedom, desires is your deepest desires and energy is your life battery. Can I assume that 10 out of 9 people out there do not really know or get in touch about who they are and what they are - INCLUDING YOU?

Let's be truthful now, in fact, we are stepping into reality and this is not matrix world, wait a minute? Are we not in matrix world but as if our minds are being projected with all kind of scenes(materialistic) by those who wish to control us. Why are we downloading all this to our mind? virus, trojan or spyware? If you refrain yourself to believe, and continue to blow your own trumpet, you will have huge dissapointment and continue to bend to their wish until you find yourself wasting your precious life because everything you thought you had disappears - That's when agent Smith erase you from the system.

Some example of downloading process begin polluting your mind:
** Ta Da 1 - Listening to radio and watching TV (Including youtube)
** Ta Da 2 - LV, Gucci, Prada, buying designer clothes
** Ta Da 3 - Celebrities, thinking about models, musicians, actors
** Ta Da 4 - Getting married - Bingo, a lovely wife
** Ta Da 5 - Buying a "yada yada" new car
** Ta Da 6 - Buying your dream house with 30 years loan - Bingo, a house
** Ta Da 7 - Listening to music with ipod?
** Ta Da 8 - Travel to places that you always hoped to
** Ta Da 9 - Thinking about your sports teams - I support "Devil"
** Ta Da 10 - Shopping at Giant perhap? or Carrefour?
** Ta Da 11 -Paying taxes without thinking about it
** Ta Da 12 -Reading the newspaper - Going online perhap? malaysiakini…
** Ta Da 13 -Caring about what is popular and cool - Coolest Gadget, Wii?
** Ta Da 14 -Caring about your hair - Get a stylo fake one at Toy'r us perhap?
** Ta Da 15 -Fearing the police, terrorists, Bersih, the government, Hindraf, SARS, bird flu, flood, stock market downturn and much more…..
** Ta Da 16 -Concern about inflation, petrol price increase, health, fitness and more…
** Ta Da 17 -Concern about you, your spouse, your kid, your neighbour, your friend, your boss, your parent and any other bullshit that has direct or indirect related or hook up by other people with an agenda.

Friend, are you tired? are you tired of being control? Undeniable that you would say "Eh, I Choose to do that and I am in control of my life, my own life". In fact, the reality is that 2% of rich jerks(those who wish to control you) out there are controlling you like a remote control, they know you all too well. You have sex drive, you want food and desire for money, you want protection (not condom) for you friends and family, your need to be a member of superior club not an outsiders. It's too often desires blind people easily, yet they are the best ones used for control, much more easier to those dare devils claiming they are not under control. These people are so mean to their belief, that they are willing to die and die again to protect what they use to believe and learned to be true somehow.

True, throughout my life, I have enroll myself being a slave to serve this society which was designed and created by those who wish to control us. I watched TV (even ASTRO), fantasy myself with stupid shit like "Amber Chia sexy lips" on TV. I thought I was normal "a house, a lovely wife and a happy family", find a girlfriend and get married, then have kids, buy and live in a house, and get retire someday. I was wrong, wrong that I thought my desired were true, I am in control of my life, it's my life (Bon Jovi), and fulfilling all my wishes. But I was just so damn wrong.

Look, I saw an ads showing on TV, a new posh car, they created a desire, this desire was NEVER meant to exist in the first place. They come out with a new desire as an objective to pollute our mind. It is also an objective to advertising and media to start construction mining into our mind, influence by politics, government and society. Somewhere in my subconcious, I knew, an unclear voice which forbid me to voice out, it's the whole setup feeling that the world was not right and I was "not alive". This is a day I start "daydreaming" again. — the machine start updating their version?

Somehow when I step into the mall, perhap Pavillion, KL, I experienced this phenomenon greatly, sitting at a deserted spot and monitor people around and found myself surrounded by people completely enroll themselves into serving the society with their own culture, shopping endlessly for the best and luxury, thus carrying the luxury designer handbags (not sure replica or not). It was completely a setup. It reminded me that the world I am living is it true or not. Is this where we got to live in, to believe in those who wish to control us?

And who's the matermind(those who wish to control us)? are they aliens, are we really living in the matrix. No it ain't not, what I am talking about is just a simple fact, trading, in order to sell something, it must be bought. In order for someone to buy something, they must exists and they want it. This simple facts have a tremedous effect, that everyday people in their sector of business go out with the goal of creating desire. You give them what they want, they come out with what you want, Yes, they know you want luxury MPV, can carry more people comfortably. Yes, they heard you want this new gadget phone with this god damn features. Yes, yes, yes, oh yea, come on baby they heard it and pleased your pleasure, fulfilled you desire, luring you into their trap and from there they start to propagates, manufacture the luxury MPV and new gadget, open new factory, new highway (toll increased), get government approved new regulations or permits, government and politician need to ensured economic grow and start approve everything that those companies want. Here where the market control us (companies, government and consumer). No one at fault, this phenomenon created itself and instill into our mind and control us to what we are now, materialistic. We falled into miscoded bugs (who's the programmer?) that have infinite loop where we sell each other things that we think we want.

I slowly begun to wake up and move out from this "bugs" (Neo, hacked me out from this system please), but I couldn't because I am still trap deep inside. Not selling my car and quite my job, nor going to changed myself to be another shaolin monk, staying isolated and learning martial arts to be another Jet Li hollywood star. But I wished with this humble newfound of "life bugs", I felt sad deep inside for those that trapped in it. I wish I can shake them out just like the "new OSIM maxtrimmer with those pretties shaking their BOOTY fats out" but I cannot, I can only enjoy the booty shake but not touching it. Foremost, they will die if you invaded their world which they believe is their own reality.

Sometimes I doubt that, did I trap into another "shit" that are isolated from this "sickening world" we are living, feel so isolated as if I am being labelled as another depression guy or cult. But pretty sure that it ensure me not to fall again to another "wants" desire of daydreaming. Nor an eligible superman or heroes, "save the cheerleader, save the world" is not my job or wish and waking everyone from chasing their dreams. I rather not die as a slave, but live free from those who want to control me.

I no longer desire hot gorgeous big boobs wife. I no longer desire to own a big giant house or a posh super luxury expensive car. Daydreaming is enough and maybe those things are stupid from my point of view. Why do I want these high maintained and expensive liabilities? No Thanks. Then, do you think I will work my ass off like a cow in the paddy field for a "promotion or to get the best employee award (RM200 Jusco Coupon?)"? Oh no, f*ck NO.

In fact, an eye for an eye with this newfound "bugs life (not the cartoon, OK!)" is an added advantage for me to share this knowledge and attempt to let others know for benefit of us. Where everything is equally fair, fair in love, war and mind pollution.

I stood up and living in my life, my world and live life up and trying to capture motivation from within the same alike rather than depending from external sources what to buy and what to wear.

Last but not least, I am telling myself to FREE MY MIND. This is the day where I was born again at age 27.

How true is this? your daughter breast will be getting much bigger than her mum. Are this going to be the same to Asian women as well? I will be interested to know and hopefully some research can be done for Asian women.

Here's some of the excerpt from DailyMail

With their dark hair, strong noses and refined chins, it is immediately apparent that women of the Clark family are related. Each is a feature that has been passed through the generations, and will no doubt appear in their children and children's children for years to come. But there is one part of their bodies that does not appear to have been handed down the family line: their breasts.

The matriarch of the family, 69-year-old Yvonne Clark is a 36B, while her daughter Angela Stanton, 51, grew into a C-cup. And the pattern of increasing breast size continues into the next generation: Angela's daughter Tracey's breasts are a 32G.

"I got my first bra when I was 11 - I was a 32A and one of the first girls at school to need a bra," says Tracey, who lives in Buckinghamshire with her mother.

If that's the case, I wonder is this called the modern "evolution" of human mankind or is it some kind of hormone growth given to dairy cows to produce more milk which in turn gives women bigger breasts and hit puberty early, then what about men? nothing change?

It may sound creepy to see a bigger size breasts, somewhat like 36DD? Guess bigger comes with more weight. Do you agree that fat women have larger breasts, the larger our women get the larger their breasts get? But that's not applicable to Asian, as most of them are skinny and theoretically Asian women will be getting smaller breasts because they are getting smaller and same goes to their breasts.

By the way, breasts are sexy only if the women are comfortable with them, if not

Girls love and hate big breasts:
"I love my big breasts now, but I hated them when I was at school. I dreaded sports lessons because my breasts would bounce around during netball and rounders and all the boys stared at them."

If someone feel insecure and lack of confident with a smaller breasts and go for silicone, to me they're still not sexy. The sexiness of a women is their attitude, it's not because of big or small. Ultimately, what's sexy is looking and being healthy, no matter what body type they naturally have, dress in a way that most suits you is the most important.

Have you heard of the Ladder Theory? It may be true and it is speaking the truth of how nature actually works, but there are a lot of strategies around which can help you to understand between male and female to improve your seduction skill. Magazine like Cleo, Women, FHM, Maxim and etc often comes with article about social physchology in 'How-to' guide. But basically all these are apply from the Ladder Theory which sparks the thought of: that men are jerks, and women are just using them.

The Ladder Theory generally talks about Men and Women can't actually be friend, because the sex part always involve, when a men come into contact with a women (excluding close relatives) they automatically rate each other. As you can see from the picture above, difference between the sexes are men have only one ladder on which all women are ranked by desirability, for women, they have two ladder where one for sexual or romantic partners, and one for just friends. To summarize, when a man meet a woman, the woman will be assigned to the man ladder, ranked will depend on how well the man want to nails her. For woman, they got two ladders, there is transition between both ladders, it will depend on capability of the man to jump to the partners ladder and nails her. It is believed that a woman will usually meet her needs for romance, sex and companionship through a combination of ladders.

To conclude that, men actually consider the possibility of sex with virtually every women they met, although they did not actively pursue for it but if given the right circumstances and no preferable partner available, they would likely want to have sex with them. Friendship between Male-Female, if a man attracted to a woman and however the man was not on the romance partner ladder of the woman ladder. Which mean there is no way the man could have sex with the woman because evidently the woman just treat the man as friend but the man ranked the woman high on his ladder. The worst part came, the friendship either remains in stasis or the whole affair crashes and burns.

OK, now that explain the ladder theory, for more details, you can visit the site. Perhaps, you couldn't agree more that men think about sex every seven seconds has been accepted by the society. You may find ladder theory is not true and exaggerating, but the ladder theory still have his point.

If you don't believe, then treat it as a joke, if you do believe, study and apply it to see if that was true. Enjoy !.

How many times were you been told to study hard to get a degree so that you can get a good job. If you think degree allows you to make money, you are wrong. You don't go to university to learn how to make money, you go to a university to learn how to get a good job and pick up a few skills.

It's cruel to know that with a degree there's no guarantee of a good career. Let's see the 8th entrepreneurs (Which I know) who didn't have their college education and become billionaires/millionaires.

World's Richest
Bill Gates. Ranked as the world’s richest person from 1995-2006, Bill Gates was a college drop out. He started the largest computer software company, Microsoft Corporation. Gates and his wife are philanthropists, starting The Bill & Melinda Fates Foundation with a focus on global health and learning.

Asia's Richest
Li Ka Shing Asia's richest resident. His fortune is centered on conglomerates Cheung Kong and Hutchison Whampoa. Through them Li is the world's largest operator of container terminals, a major supplier of electricity to Hong Kong, a cell phone provider, retailer and real estate developer. Also has a nearly $10 billion stake in Canadian oil company Husky Energy. Recently announced plans to donate one-third of wealth over time, calling it "his third son." Eldest son, Victor, helps run massive empire; son Richard struck out on his own in early 1990s. Once a poor immigrant, Li got his start selling plastic flowers in Hong Kong in the 1950s.

Malaysia Richest (No. 3)
Lim Goh Tong Former public works contractor turned his idea for a hilltop resort outside Kuala Lumpur into one of the world's biggest casinos, with more than 6,000 rooms and 14 million annual visitors. Handed chairmanship of Genting Group to son Lim Kok Thay last year. He still runs Star Cruises, the world's third-largest cruise ship group. Its NCL subsidiary recently launched the first U.S.-flagged cruise ship in nearly half a century.

Michael Dell. With $1,000, dedication and desire, Michael Dell dropped out of college at age 19 to start PC’s Limited, later named Dell, Inc. Dell became the most profitable PC manufacturer in the world. In 1996, The Michael and Susan Dell Foundation offered a $50 million grant to The University of Texas at Austin to be used for children’s health and education in the city.

Steve Jobs. After attending one semester of college, Steve Jobs worked for Atari before co-founding Apple Computers. Now without the “Computers” in their name, Apple includes innovative products such as the iPod, iTunes, and most recently the iPhone. Steve Jobs was also the CEO and co-founder of Pixar before it merged with Walt Disney.

Simon Cowell. Simon Cowell started in a mailroom for a music publishing company. He has since become an Artist and Repertoire (A&R) executive for Sony BMG in the UK, and a television producer and judge for major television talent contests including American Idol.

Walt Disney. Having dropped out of high school at 16, Walt Disney’s career and accomplishments are astounding. The most influential animator, Disney holds the record for the most awards and nominations. Disney’s imagination included cartoons and theme parks. The Walt Disney Company now has annual revenue of $30 billion.

Ty Warner. Sole owner, CEO, and Chairman of Ty, Inc., Ty Warner is a savvy, yet private business man. Ty, Inc., made $700 million in a single year with the Beanie Babies craze without spending money on advertising! He has since expanded to include Ty Girlz dolls, directly competing with Bratz dolls.

Once more:

"Do you think a degree is still necessary?"

From my opinion is "Yes". They succeed doesn't mean you will. You may just hear about the success stories and because it is rare.

A degree will help you get work and not everyone has that entrepreneurial spirit, a degree still necessary for most. I don't think that having a degree is absolutely necessary to be successful. There are plenty of people who are successful without degrees, but there are plenty of people who are not successful or are held back because what they really want to do requires a degree.

You and me will agree that the more money you have, the happier you must be. The more the better, more money brings you greater satisfaction. You may have 2 role, as a buyer or a seller, seller put something up for sale will always want to make more money as they can, and when people buy something they try to pay as little for it as they can. From the transaction, seller would be much happier if they can receive more money while seller would be much happier if they can pay lesser and holding on to more money.

If money can buy happiness, why there're so many depressed celebrity, suicidal CEOs and many other unhappy rich people. Choice can make you happy, because you are sastify with your choice, For example, If you have RM20 in your pocket, you can decide to eat steak or "roti canai" for dinner, but if you have only RM1 you'd just hope you still have some biscuit tine at home. Money can only sastify your needs and wants.

If money cannot buy happiness, what can? love, health and friends can, personal well-being, your basic needs are met, social relationship, enjoyment at work, respected, trust and public safety.

Many people believe that money can't buy happiness while others believe that money CAN buy happiness. So, Who is right?

Survey reveal the truth, as you can see from the survey on your right (source: pewcenter) that people who earned over $100k per year are more likely to be happy than those earning under $30k per year. The survey shows money CAN buy happiness. This also shows that people who believe money cannot buy happiness were either rich or dumb. Yes, did I say dumb again?

Those who thought money can buy happiness will have this in mind: if you have a lot of money then you can buy or build your dream house, buy your dream car, afford yourself or children to overseas university, you can fired your boss, you can take care all finance expenses of your family and you don't have to worry about money for high cost medical fee when you are sick. More over you can get your dream girl, and you can be very popular with lot and lot of friends who love you.

What other say if you are "crazy and rich" or "crazy and poor", "If you are poor and crazy, people will say you are a danger to society or society rubbish. If you are rich and crazy, people will say you are simply over genius and gone crazy."

Think again, if money can't buy happiness, the same fact goes to happiness can't buy money.

Thinking ways to improve your financial situation but yet you are still struggling to achieve your goals? You are not alone. Many of us have the same problem when month end comes. Bill and bill coming, money is going out and never refill. I am same like you maybe, I’m always looking for quick things I can do that will improve my financial situation. Maybe something you can do it once and must quick, so that you can sit back and watch it slowly achieve your goals over the long haul.

The 5 things below which may help you to improve your financial situation face each month. Think about it, those things can be done in just 15 minutes and you won't lose anything doing it. Do it once and sit back to see the result which will moves slowly and put significant money in your pocket. Nothing to lose but just patient and time invested that will slowly fill your wallet.

1. Cut down your Credit Card usage and Interest Rate

Take out your wallet, pull out your credit card and flip it over and call the number at the back. Key in those necessary code and get to speak to a real person (an operator), tell the operator that you're considering switching credit cards to other bank which offer 0% balance transfer, ask them if they can reduce their rate to keep you as a customer. You can go further by asking them to get you to the supervisor and tell them about their bad service and long queue and the cash deposit machine always spoil. It won't always work but if work, it can save you alot and well worthy. By the way, no matter how you react, the operator will always entertain you politely, this is service.

2. Look out for customer reward program
If you shop regularly at a shop, you should look out for their customer rewards program, sign up for the program especially if it's free and if it's online. For example: Jusco Card, Borders, I-Setan Card, Hai-O card, Bonuslink, Real Rewards and much more to be named. You will get constantly 20% and 30% discount (points earned) for selected items which you frequently purchase or you may get cash rebate as well. You lose nothing but just a few minute to fill up the form and submit.

3. Check your tires for recommended maximum tire pressure
Petrol is killing and estimated increase of 50 cents next year. This is the time to go to your car and get the car's manual and flip through the pages to look for the recommended maximum tire pressure which is the most suitable pressure to your car. Put that in your memory and carry air gauge each time you visit to the petrol station. The next time when you're in the petrol station, just check the pressure in each tire, air up to the maximum. A simple math here, for every 8 PSI you add to any tire, you improve your petrol usage by 1%, most of the car tire is 10-12 PSI below the recommended maximum. If you airing up your tires, you can actually save 6% of you petrol usage. If petrol costs RM1.92 a litre and your car need 10 km per litre (for easy calculation) over your next 10,000 km, you can actually save approximately RM115.

3. Cut, cut and cut down your monthly bills for thing that you don't use
Paying for gym where you don't visit regularly? Watching Astro ESPN all time while subscribe to all include package? Subscribe to unlimited text messages or unlimited phone call or unlimited broadband while you are not using it unlimited? Think about it, you could have throw your money into salt sea. What you can do actually is dig out your last month's bill which worth checking and tick those that you do not need and cut it. Oh Yea, if you have those caller ring tone or any other stuff on your handphone which you think is not needed (those unnecessary service), you can cut it. When you finish cutting down all the items, you can actually find yourself saving maybe a lot or maybe enough for you to fill another full tank petrol for the rest of the weeks.

4. "Tak Nak (NO)" Light Bulb, Yes to CFLs and Yes to Programmable Thermostat.
If your house has a lot light bulb, change them to CFLs even if they’re not burnt out. A bulb use 75 watt which is equivalent to 26 watt CFL. Why pay 50 watt more for something similar. From time to time you will save a lot into your pocket.
If you don't know what is programmable thermostat, you got to get one, a programmable thermostat lets you define a program for temperature change in your house throughout the day, which basically means your air conditioner and/or furnace won’t run during the day when you’re away from home or during the night when you’re asleep. This will save drastically on your energy bills. Get one to install yourself and if you don't know, get a technician, don't end up your life saving just a few buck.

5. Open a saving account with no ATM card and no internet access activated.
You may curious why no ATM card and no internet access, this is to prevent your itchy hand to withdraw money or transfer money online (This is up to you). If you don't know how much to save? Why not I suggest you to save the amount you've save from what you read above. Set a goal to save not much but RM30 a week. If the above saving tips can help you save RM 120, within a year you can save RM1440, maybe it's enough for a vacation to Hong Kong 4 days 3 nights trip.

Finally, our long awaited moment of glory Angkasawan is now in space. An inspiration to all, TheStar. Here is some of the background,

The Angkasawan project is a joint programme with the Russian Federation. A project under the government-to-government offset agreement through the purchase of Sukhoi SU-30MKM fighter jets for the Royal Malaysian Air Force.

Agreement: Russian Federation will bear the cost of training (18 months of training at Astronaut Training Programme in Star City, Russia) of two Malaysians and to send one to the International Space Station (ISS) in October 2007.

However, some claims that the cost to send the astronaut to space worth RM 100 million. While our government says it is fully financed by the Russian government, as part of the Sukhoi-30MKM fighter jet purchase agreement. It is a waste of tax payer dollar or not does matter? Yes, if the whole program is what to be taking a taxi ride to space, see Spaceflight Participant as defined by NASA. Not, if the whole program has both scientific and technological objectives, but is also conceived as inspirational. I think most probably the whole program is just an inspiration for our future generation, why? do you think our Angkasawan are able to knowledge transfer his training from Russia to other people as we do not have our own space programme.
Either or not the Angkasawan bring us any benefits, but it definitely inspire our kid your children to have another ambition to chase for just like Yuri Gagarin (the first man in space) and Neil Armstrong (first man on the moon) still inspire many today. Maybe someday, somewhere in the future, there will be someone from Malaysia who really by his own ability to be able to become an Astronaut.

Let's admit it that no one likes to go for a job interview, looking for a job can be tough and yet during interview you will be asked with some question which you may not answer it very well and some question is tricky. You have to be on your best behaviour, you only get one chance to interviewed anyway. So, you need to get yourself prepared and grab the chance to win the interview.

1. Tell me something about yourself.
The most frequently asked question during interview start. I'd be very surprise if you haven't been asked this question before. Recall back what you had answer at that time. Don't give every details of your life story here. You should give relevant information which is related to your job such as your education, your career history and your current life situation, this is adequate enough to let the interviewer know something about you.

2. Why are you looking for a new job?

You should already have something in mind and this question is pretty straightforward. Let's assume that you want a new job just because you had make a desicion to change your career path into a new direction which allows you to grow. Although your main objective is money but it is not encourage to mention about it at this point of time, it can make you sounds money minded. Unfortunately, if you are being laid off from your previous job, stay positive and be honest to give as brief information to your interviewer as you can. If you were fired, once again stay positive and explain to you interviewer. It's not always your problem, it just that you are not right for the job.

“After I was laid off from my last job, I took the opportunity to take some time out to examine my career goals and where I was going with my life. I have just begun my search in the last few weeks. I have a definite goal in mind and have been selective about the positions I consider. Your company and this position are of great interest to me.”

3. Tell me what you know about this company.
The first thing you need to do when you are called for an interview is to look for the information about the company. Do your homework at your end, no matter what position you are applying for in the company, you should know about the company or business you're going to work for. You can search for the company information on the internet, their website, friends or family. You need to know latest news about the company if it has any, you need to find out who are the people in the company you should know about (such as the CEO or your supervisor). Doing all these background work can make you stand the rest who didn't and this show that you are very interested in the company and the job.

Starter: “When I found this position posted in newspaper/internet I was immediately interested. I checked out the company website and mission statement, looked at the bios of company founders and executives, and was impressed. Once I had the interview appointment, I talked with friends and acquaintances in the industry. And, I’m sure I’ll find out a lot more in today’s meetings.”

4. Why do you want to work for this organization?
The question here is directly related to your research. You need to be sincere and any research you've done should have conclude you that you would like to work there.Relate it to your long-term career goals, mention your highlight forward-thinking goals and career plans.

5. What relevant experience do you have in this field?
If you have experience for this position, then speak about specifics that relate to the position you are applying for. What if you are switching careers and do not have experience? you may not have related experience to match the job you are applying, in this case, you should use your creativity and most importantly honest in relating your experience to the job you are applying and get as close as you can.

6. Can you work under pressure and tell me your ability?
You should answer this positively and you may say that you thrive under certain types of pressure. Give an example from your past if you have one. There's no job out there without any pressure, take it as a challenge towards yourself, you can work well under pressure and actually prefer to work under pressure, you can thrive under pressure.

“I have no problem working long hours. I have worked 12 or 14 hour days. What I have found works for me is to work smarter, not necessarily longer. My goal is to get the job done, whatever that takes, in the most efficient manner.”

7. What motivates you to do best in your job?
Money could be the reason to motivates you but the answer to this one is not money. This is a personal trait that only you can say, you want your life to be more challenging, have greater achievement and get recognition. You want the best at your job and you want others to be leader in your field and you are wiling to help.

“The job before the one I am currently at, was my most rewarding experience for me. I worked in a wonderful team environment. There was a lot of camaraderie. I worked with a team of four people and we did some really original thinking. It is that kind of environment I want to be involved in again.”

8. What’s your strength?
This should be the key question during the interview. You should stay positive and give strength related to your work. Find some strength that you have and here's a fews you can take a look at, you can say you are an effective time planner with your ability to prioritize work, A good problem solver with very good attention to detail, you are willing to work under pressure with a positive mind and you can focus on any projects given and your skill/expertise definitely will add value to the company due to your rich experience you gain from your past.

9. What’s your weakness?
This is not designed to be a personal question at all. They are simply looking to see how well you’ll express yourself, as most people tend to look inside and it throws them off completely. If you answer sounds sincere and genuine, you’ll score 10 out of 10 in any interview. If you say you don't have any weakness, you're definitely lying, try to look for your weakness to job related and ways to overcome it.

Technical Person: “I am a technical person and I realise that my people skills may not be as strong as other people. In order to overcome this I have been reading people skills books because I know I need to improve.”.

“I’ve been told I occasionally focus on details and miss the bigger picture, so I’ve been spending time laying out the complete project every day to see my overall progress.”

“Well I used to have a problem saying NO to people, today I prioritize my day completely and in so doing I let my time management skills decide what I can truly say Yes & No to”

"I like to keep busy and productive at work. I always feel really bad during slow times because I feel that I am not contributing. So, when those times do come up, and that does happen on occasion, I have learned to ask other collegues if they need assistance or to ask my supervisor if there is anything that they would like me to help them with."

10. What is your salary expectation for this job?
A nasty question and a tricky game to play. If you answer first, you lose the game and somehow you are showing all your cards. Employee may always want the most and employer may always want the least. Ask the question back, in most cases the interviewer will taken off guard and if that happen, give a wide range depend on the details of the job. If you already have a figure in mind and you are very confident you can get that go for it.

“I would expect to be paid competitively and commensurate with the level of skill, experience and responsibility that this particular job requires.”

“I’ll need more information about the job and the responsibilities involved before we can begin to discuss salary. Can you give me an idea of the range budgeted for this position?”

11. Are you a team player?
Yea, Of course you are a good team player. You should give examples to support yourself as a good team player. Give details that show you often perform more than request for the good of the team rather that yourself which is a very good evidence to show you have a good team spirit.

12. Tell me about a suggestion you have made
You need to get one ready and make sure the suggestion you give are taken and implemented. Tell your interviewer that the suggestion success story and has actually increase productivity or solve numerous problem.

13. What kinds of people do you have difficulties
Interviewer would like to know do you show the ability to be flexible and work in a diverse environment?. You probably say NO and YES you can actually work with anyone.

“In my last three jobs I have worked with men and women from very diverse backgrounds and cultures. The only time I had difficulty was with people who were dishonest about work issues. I worked with one woman who was taking credit for work that her team accomplished. I had an opportunity to talk with her one day and explained how she was affecting the morale. She became very upset that others saw her that way, and said she was unaware of her behavior or the reactions of others. Her behavior changed after our talk. What I learned from that experience is that sometimes what we perceive about others is not always the case if we check it out.”

14. Tell me about any issues you had with your previous supervisor/boss.
Question to trap you and don't fall for this one. This is a test for interviewer to see if you back stab your previous superior. Try to be diplomacy here if you do or else just develop a poor memory and say you never had any issues.

15. You work for the money or the work (job satisfaction)?
There is no fair answer to this question. Money always come first and it is OKAY to say money is important unless you have plenty of money and you just need the job to kill your time, that's not what you want to answer right?

16. How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience?
Question for fresh graduate or whom who had little experience for the job they are applying. If you have experience that the interviewer does not know about, bring that up and just relate the experience you gain to add value to the job being offer or if true that you don't have any experience at all, then you should say you are hard working, willing to learn, quick learner and take it as a challenge to motivates yourself to learn more as fast as you can.

17. Why do you want this job and why I should hire you.
You need to have a positive mindset that you can stand out from the rest of the candidates waiting outside because you are great and you need this job. But that doesn't give a good answer as the rest of the candidate can say that as well. You need to point out how you can contribute to the organization and add value to it. It is not wise to make comparison with other candidates as you have your own strengths that match the job description.

“I’ve been very careful about the companies where I have applied. When I saw the ad for this position, I knew I found what I was looking for. What I can bring to this job is my seven years of experience, and knowledge of the industry, plus my ability to communicate and build customer relationships. That, along with my flexibility and organizational skills, makes me a perfect match for this position. I see some challenges ahead of me here, and that’s what I thrive on. I have what you need, and you have what I want.”

18. Do you have any questions?
Most common question asked when the interview end. You should always prepared some questions to show that you are keen to the job and likely to be part of the organization. Some very good question to ask are "If I were given opportunity for this job, how soon can I start working?". You may also ask about more details about the job description and what type of project will you be able to assist on.

Hope the questions above will give you some clues to prepare for an interview, although there is no way you can accurately predict the questions that will be asked in an interview, but if you go in well prepared, to win the interview is already 50% in your hand.

Good Luck!
