I would rather agree that Animal Instincts sometimes are far more better than human being. From above, what we can see is a real touching scene at a busy road. It's not just human being know what is love, it's clear that animals need love and know what is love. Love your pet.

Here's some of the assumption we can guess from the above picture:-

1) A dog was knocked down by a car and died on the middle of the road. Later, another dog is seen beside the corpse of the dog, he tried to wake his friend up using his leg.

2) When his attempts to wake his friend failed, he tried to push his friend to the side of the road. But the weight of his friend was proven too heavy for him.

3) Though the traffic is busy and dangerous, he just will not go away from his friend Just
stand beside his friend howling and crying.

4) A lot of people saw this incident and feel very touched. How even a dog can show his loyalty and love to his friend.

You have to be on your best behaviour, you only get one chance to interviewed anyway. So, you need to get yourself prepared and grab the chance to win the interview.

1. Tell me something about yourself.
The most frequently asked question during interview start. I'd be very surprise if you haven't been asked this question before. Recall back what you had answer at that time. Don't give every details of your life story here. You should give relevant information which is related to your job such as your education, your career history and your current life situation, this is adequate enough to let the interviewer know something about you.

2. Why are you looking for a new job?

You should already have something in mind and this question is pretty straightforward. Let's assume that you want a new job just because you had make a desicion to change your career path into a new direction which allows you to grow. Although your main objective is money but it is not encourage to mention about it at this point of time, it can make you sounds money minded. Unfortunately, if you are being laid off from your previous job, stay positive and be honest to give as brief information to your interviewer as you can. If you were fired, once again stay positive and explain to you interviewer. It's not always your problem, it just that you are not right for the job.

“After I was laid off from my last job, I took the opportunity to take some time out to examine my career goals and where I was going with my life. I have just begun my search in the last few weeks. I have a definite goal in mind and have been selective about the positions I consider. Your company and this position are of great interest to me.”

3. Tell me what you know about this company.
The first thing you need to do when you are called for an interview is to look for the information about the company. Do your homework at your end, no matter what position you are applying for in the company, you should know about the company or business you're going to work for. You can search for the company information on the internet, their website, friends or family. You need to know latest news about the company if it has any, you need to find out who are the people in the company you should know about (such as the CEO or your supervisor). Doing all these background work can make you stand the rest who didn't and this show that you are very interested in the company and the job.

Starter: “When I found this position posted in newspaper/internet I was immediately interested. I checked out the company website and mission statement, looked at the bios of company founders and executives, and was impressed. Once I had the interview appointment, I talked with friends and acquaintances in the industry. And, I’m sure I’ll find out a lot more in today’s meetings.”

4. Why do you want to work for this organization?
The question here is directly related to your research. You need to be sincere and any research you've done should have conclude you that you would like to work there.Relate it to your long-term career goals, mention your highlight forward-thinking goals and career plans.

5. What relevant experience do you have in this field?
If you have experience for this position, then speak about specifics that relate to the position you are applying for. What if you are switching careers and do not have experience? you may not have related experience to match the job you are applying, in this case, you should use your creativity and most importantly honest in relating your experience to the job you are applying and get as close as you can.

6. Can you work under pressure and tell me your ability?
You should answer this positively and you may say that you thrive under certain types of pressure. Give an example from your past if you have one. There's no job out there without any pressure, take it as a challenge towards yourself, you can work well under pressure and actually prefer to work under pressure, you can thrive under pressure.

“I have no problem working long hours. I have worked 12 or 14 hour days. What I have found works for me is to work smarter, not necessarily longer. My goal is to get the job done, whatever that takes, in the most efficient manner.”

7. What motivates you to do best in your job?
Money could be the reason to motivates you but the answer to this one is not money. This is a personal trait that only you can say, you want your life to be more challenging, have greater achievement and get recognition. You want the best at your job and you want others to be leader in your field and you are wiling to help.

“The job before the one I am currently at, was my most rewarding experience for me. I worked in a wonderful team environment. There was a lot of camaraderie. I worked with a team of four people and we did some really original thinking. It is that kind of environment I want to be involved in again.”

8. What’s your strength?
This should be the key question during the interview. You should stay positive and give strength related to your work. Find some strength that you have and here's a fews you can take a look at, you can say you are an effective time planner with your ability to prioritize work, A good problem solver with very good attention to detail, you are willing to work under pressure with a positive mind and you can focus on any projects given and your skill/expertise definitely will add value to the company due to your rich experience you gain from your past.

9. What’s your weakness?
This is not designed to be a personal question at all. They are simply looking to see how well you’ll express yourself, as most people tend to look inside and it throws them off completely. If you answer sounds sincere and genuine, you’ll score 10 out of 10 in any interview. If you say you don't have any weakness, you're definitely lying, try to look for your weakness to job related and ways to overcome it.

Technical Person: “I am a technical person and I realise that my people skills may not be as strong as other people. In order to overcome this I have been reading people skills books because I know I need to improve.”.

“I’ve been told I occasionally focus on details and miss the bigger picture, so I’ve been spending time laying out the complete project every day to see my overall progress.”

“Well I used to have a problem saying NO to people, today I prioritize my day completely and in so doing I let my time management skills decide what I can truly say Yes & No to”

"I like to keep busy and productive at work. I always feel really bad during slow times because I feel that I am not contributing. So, when those times do come up, and that does happen on occasion, I have learned to ask other collegues if they need assistance or to ask my supervisor if there is anything that they would like me to help them with."

10. What is your salary expectation for this job?
A nasty question and a tricky game to play. If you answer first, you lose the game and somehow you are showing all your cards. Employee may always want the most and employer may always want the least. Ask the question back, in most cases the interviewer will taken off guard and if that happen, give a wide range depend on the details of the job. If you already have a figure in mind and you are very confident you can get that go for it.

“I would expect to be paid competitively and commensurate with the level of skill, experience and responsibility that this particular job requires.”

“I’ll need more information about the job and the responsibilities involved before we can begin to discuss salary. Can you give me an idea of the range budgeted for this position?”

11. Are you a team player?
Yea, Of course you are a good team player. You should give examples to support yourself as a good team player. Give details that show you often perform more than request for the good of the team rather that yourself which is a very good evidence to show you have a good team spirit.

12. Tell me about a suggestion you have made
You need to get one ready and make sure the suggestion you give are taken and implemented. Tell your interviewer that the suggestion success story and has actually increase productivity or solve numerous problem.

13. What kinds of people do you have difficulties
Interviewer would like to know do you show the ability to be flexible and work in a diverse environment?. You probably say NO and YES you can actually work with anyone.

“In my last three jobs I have worked with men and women from very diverse backgrounds and cultures. The only time I had difficulty was with people who were dishonest about work issues. I worked with one woman who was taking credit for work that her team accomplished. I had an opportunity to talk with her one day and explained how she was affecting the morale. She became very upset that others saw her that way, and said she was unaware of her behavior or the reactions of others. Her behavior changed after our talk. What I learned from that experience is that sometimes what we perceive about others is not always the case if we check it out.”

14. Tell me about any issues you had with your previous supervisor/boss.
Question to trap you and don't fall for this one. This is a test for interviewer to see if you back stab your previous superior. Try to be diplomacy here if you do or else just develop a poor memory and say you never had any issues.

15. You work for the money or the work (job satisfaction)?
There is no fair answer to this question. Money always come first and it is OKAY to say money is important unless you have plenty of money and you just need the job to kill your time, that's not what you want to answer right?

16. How do you propose to compensate for your lack of experience?
Question for fresh graduate or whom who had little experience for the job they are applying. If you have experience that the interviewer does not know about, bring that up and just relate the experience you gain to add value to the job being offer or if true that you don't have any experience at all, then you should say you are hard working, willing to learn, quick learner and take it as a challenge to motivates yourself to learn more as fast as you can.

17. Why do you want this job and why I should hire you.
You need to have a positive mindset that you can stand out from the rest of the candidates waiting outside because you are great and you need this job. But that doesn't give a good answer as the rest of the candidate can say that as well. You need to point out how you can contribute to the organization and add value to it. It is not wise to make comparison with other candidates as you have your own strengths that match the job description.

“I’ve been very careful about the companies where I have applied. When I saw the ad for this position, I knew I found what I was looking for. What I can bring to this job is my seven years of experience, and knowledge of the industry, plus my ability to communicate and build customer relationships. That, along with my flexibility and organizational skills, makes me a perfect match for this position. I see some challenges ahead of me here, and that’s what I thrive on. I have what you need, and you have what I want.”

18. Do you have any questions?
Most common question asked when the interview end. You should always prepared some questions to show that you are keen to the job and likely to be part of the organization. Some very good question to ask are "If I were given opportunity for this job, how soon can I start working?". You may also ask about more details about the job description and what type of project will you be able to assist on.

Hope the questions above will give you some clues to prepare for an interview, although there is no way you can accurately predict the questions that will be asked in an interview, but if you go in well prepared, to win the interview is already 50% in your hand.

Good Luck!

The last updated resume of my was last year.

Since I don't need to update them now cause I am not eager looking for a job at the moment, I might as well leave it as it is. Having been helping some others to submit job to apply for position in the company I am currently working for. I do take sometimes to go through their resume and find out some of them is pretty careless and not sincerity in writing an effective resume.

Here are 10 things your resume could do without (I compile this after researching from the internet and is written by well known professional resume writer):

1. Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. "If you are careless enough to send out this most important document with a mistake … anyone will immediately assume you'll never care enough about the work you send out representing the company you want to work with". What is your impression towards a candidate who misspelled "Kuala Lunpur" where you have been worked in the city for years? the worst if you wrongly spell "education." No one can help you, please check thoroughly before you send the document out.

2. Opening objectives. These are generic … They do nothing to differentiate one candidate from another, but with a good one it can help a little.

(NO) To obtain a responsible (as opposed to irresponsible?) and challenging (what, you don't like dull work?) position where my education and work experience will have valuable application (like finding a cure for cancer?)

(NO) Seeking a position in the sales department with an opportunity for advancement (in effect, you're saying to the employer, "Give me a job where the pay is good … and keeps getting better.")

(NO) Seeking a challenging career with a progressive organization which will utilize my skills, abilities and education in management, product management, operations, purchasing and buying. (Zzzzz. You won't bore anyone into hiring you.)

(YES) Management position in procurement where over 10 years of experience will add value to operations.

(YES) Seeking a position where nine years of project management and network administration experience will add value.

3. Personal attributes. Listing personal information such as height, weight, nationality, sex and age. Your identity card number show all these details. The height and weight is not necessary if you are not applying for a model or stewardess. "It is amazing that we still see this on the resumes of today, but they are out there."

4. Interests and hobbies. If these points of information don't pertain to the job in question, there's no need to include them. "Create a mystery and save these kinds of data points when you start the job,". So, remember, dont put in collecting stamps in there, unless you're applying for job as a postman.

5. Details of every task you've ever performed in every job you've ever had. "Wow, STOP! It's too much information. Managers and recruiters need to know at-a-glance what makes a candidate special,". Please just focus on those details that pertain to the job for which you're applying.

6. Excessive bragging. This is a huge turnoff for employers. Stating one's accomplishments can be helpful, but when it's overdone, you might create an impression of admiration of oneself effect.

7. Outdated information. Leave off the activities that you did in high school if graduation was a few years ago and omit jobs you held 10 or more years ago, as the information is probably irrelevant to the position you're trying for now.

8. False information. "Putting that you have a B.S. on a resume when you do not have one is BS,'" Not only is lying on a resume unfair and dishonest, it's also not very intelligent. "Companies verify dates of employment — often after you start. If you have lied, they fire you…Nobody wants to hire a liar. Nobody."

9. Unexplained gaps in work history. While job seekers should account for these gaps, they should be careful with their wording. "Don't you dare to explained a 10-year lapse in work experience as being in jail during those years for killing someone". In such a situation, the best thing to write would be "left work for personal reasons," and the candidate would be able to explain the criminal record later.

10. A lack of professionalism. Colored paper, cutesy fonts, links to personal web sites and childish e-mail addresses all scream unprofessional and are a turn off to hiring managers. If you have an email address such as "IamYourBoss", "lazy2max" and so on. Please do not use them, or else you might not get a chance for interview.

Good Luck and hope this could give you some guide in writing your resume in future.

SEX may be risky wherever you are. But those indulging in the riskiest behaviour often live in some of the world’s richest nations, according to Foreign Policy magazine, using data from the latest Durex Global Sex Survey—the world’s largest survey of sexual behaviour, with over 317,000 participants in 41 countries. They have sex at a younger age and sleep with more people, both indicators for contracting sexually transmitted infections. Each year, there are more than 340m new cases of such infections globally, excluding HIV.

The good news here is that Malaysia got about 38% of people who have had unprotected sex, this sounds like Malaysia still care about safety when it come to sex, average Malaysian will have 6 sexual partners, do you think this is correct? should be more right? Fortunately, average most Malaysian lose their virginity at age 19, wondering is this true?. Australia and Germany have the youngest average age of first sex at age 15, is it against the laws in their country?. Well, what amazed me is Turkey, they have 46% of people who have unprotected sex and they have lower average rate of sexually transmitted infection than Malaysia and they win the most average number of sexual partners 15. Turkey is an Islamic country. It could be most of them had 4 wife.

Don't practice risky sex, wise up. Here's some common scenario that could put you at risk and you might want to avoid.

1) "He says he'll pull out before he cums"

You can called this American-Style or maybe a more proper way of calling 'withdrawal method'. This is not considered a reliable way to avoid pregnancy, because pre-cum will have sticky drop of fluid starting coming out from your penis, it might have sperm in it and as you know you need only one sperm to cause pregnancy. Also, if you don't have the skill, it's very easy that you will carried away in the heat of the glory moment and you just unable to hold back and shoot into the goals. Lastly, use a condom because it will give you better peace of mind and avoid sexually transmitted infections.

2) "You'd do it if you loved me"

Man offer love because they want sex, woman offer sex because they want love. Sex is your choices and consent. You can accept and not accept. Don't afraid to say No if you want to. If your partner is caring and do know your feeling, your partner will understand and respect your decision. Force and pressuring you to do something you don't want to should let you think to keep the relationship or not. No matter how much you love them, diseases love you too. If they threatens to dump you for not providing sexual favours. You should think hard and don't take any emotional abuse.

3) "I don't have any diseases, I don't screw around"

It's a good phrase to cover up. A person without any sexual disease can only know when they have already been tested for all STIs. Even if they have tested, there is still risk. Even if your partner is a virgin, there is still risk. Some infections can be spread by other contact, such as drug users sharing dirty needles. Unless you are both in a stable and monogamous relationship.

4) "I was so out of it, I can't really remember…"

Risk get high when you are high. If you're completely drunk or high on drink and drugs at party, you could be putting yourself into risk. Although nobody has the right to do anything to you, but it's easy to forget about safer sex or even general personal safety if your judgement is seriously impaired. Some people might get advantage of you, it's worth knowing how to protect yourself, and look out for your friends.

Wow ! I am a victim of Spam. Everyday I receive dozens of unsolicited commercial e-mails (UCE), known as "spam". I don't know about others, but I see spam as major annoyance, sometimes it make me feel like want to switch to a new e-mail addresses.

What I wonder most is, How did these people get my email address?

I don't know how come I can become a spam target, it's not just my email but my blog, Spam Karma 2 successfully caught 8487 Spams in my blog comments and it's still counting.

Sometimes I really get fed up with those repeatedly forcing useless products which I really couldn’t care less about viagra logo enhancements, penis enlargement ads or anything else on offer. I don't even need them.

After reading a fews articles about spam and how to prevent them. I know that spam will not come if you do not publicly declare your email somewhere. Therefore, e-mail addresses posted on Web sites or in newsgroups attract the most spam. Well, I know there's no foolproof way to prevent spam, but by following some methods you can prevent spam:

Disguise e-mail addresses posted in a public. Such as replacing "example@domain.com" with "example at domain dot com" or other variations such as the HTML numeric equivalent, in which "example@domain.com" could be written example@d omain.com.

Read carefully when filling out online forms requesting your e-mail address, and exercise your choice. If you don't want to receive e-mail from a Web site operator, don't give them your e-mail address unless they offer the option of declining to receive e-mail and you exercise that option.

Use multiple e-mail addresses. When using an unfamiliar Web site or posting to a newsgroup, establish an e-mail address for that specific purpose.

Use a filter. Many ISPs and free e-mail services now provide spam filtering.

Short e-mail addresses are easy to guess, and may receive more spam. At least one spammer tried to guess the e-mail addresses used in this study by sending mail to short and common addresses. E-mail addresses composed of short names and initials like bob@ or tse@, or basic combinations like smithj@ or toms@ will probably receive more spam.

Bacn is a new problem now plaguing our email inboxes. Putting it simply, Bacn is email you receive that isn’t spam… And isn’t personal mail. It’s the middle class of email. It’s notifications of a new post to your Facebook wall or a new follower on Twitter. It’s the Google alert for your name and the newsletter from your favorite company.

Not all spam is spam, the latest buzzword. Bacn is the next level of e-mail above spam. You have your high priority mail which you respond to right away. Next you have your middle mail BACN, and then spam. It is something you want or signed up for such as twitter or pownce notifications, company newsletters , friend requests etc. But you do not have the time for right away.

If you want to get rid of bacn. find your solutions at bacn website.

You are broke and having hard time trying to make your love one happy?. It's always a better ways and inexpensive ways to spark your relationship alive. Who say no money cannot "pat tor"/"dating", no more such song to sing lo, you can find ways to show how much your love to her every week or possible every day with a little bit of effort. Although it's little and inexpensive, it definitely will payoff your "heart work" in innumerable ways. Hear this before? —> "Sikit sikit, lama lama jadi bukit" .

Sometimes it's good to remain inexpensive because, love is not weighted by how much cash in your pocket but rather how sincere is you to her that make her feel comfortable and happy together with you.

Why choose inexpensive ways?. Well, you could think of 1000 ways to make her happy with money but you may have hard time to think of 1000 ways without using money to make her happy. You could probably rent a helicopter flying her to a hill side 5 star hotel, booked the whole restaurant just to have candle light dinner with her, but how many people can afford that? I don't know about you but I can't afford more than 2 times a month, I would be eating "ROTI" for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the rest of the month.

Here's some of the ways you probably can use to save your money for a 5-carat diamond to her as a surprise:

7 ) Wet yourself in the rain and kiss her
8 ) Load your handphone with lot of love songs and listen together
9 ) Read thestar newspaper horoscope/cartoon together
10) A love email a day keep her smiling for days
11) Shine by the moon, walk on the beach
12) Warm her on a rainy day, hugging !
13) Read online poetry together
14) Prepare small notes and leave it anywhere
15) Watch shooting stars at your lobby or nearby garden together
16) Good old days, go back to places where your early days of dating
17) Make photo frame from wood or paper and little notes with some lovely word to her
18) Close light and light some candles, listening to romantic song together.
19) Fix something up in the house (leaking pipes) just to make her
20) Tidy up the house, you swipe the floor and she mop the floor together
21) Close light and light some candles, slow dance to romantic music
22) Take nap together
23) Dress up yourself handsomely, make yourself looks good to her
24) Touch her, back and neck slowly
25) Prepare an A-Z list of everything you love about her
26) Forward her romantic email you received from friends
27) Be soothing, talk gently in quiet time about your day
28) Romantic movie scene, recall those favourite scene she likes
29) Your first date does matter, recreate the scene back
30) Get a little box and fill up with thing her favourite things inside.
31) Be creative, use pen to draw a tattoo in her body
32) Have fun being some sexy role play
33) Whisper to her ear and say 'I Love You'
34) Say I Love You in a different language each day
35) Use feather touching her skin, slowly
36) Sing her favourite song, if you can't sing well, sing the chorus
37) Walk on pretty light, holding each other hands firmly
38) Publicly tell her she's yours, posting photo with her in friendster

Ever wonder how to differentiate class from one individual to another? The New York Times came out with an interactive chart to distinguish class for a person. The most influential characteristics that could used to describe a person's class are through their occupation, education, income and wealth.

Click here to check your socioeconomic status.

Playing around with the chart, the top 10 most prestigious job titles are:-
1. Physician/Surgeon
2. Lawyer
3. Database Administrator
4. Computer Systems Administrators
5. Astronomers and Physicists
6. Chemical Engineer
7. Chemist and material Scientist
8. Network and Data Communication Analyst
9. Computer Support Specialist
10. Dentist

As you can see, many pretigious job titles in IT, while chief executive from management is only upper middle. For my case, I am computer support specialist, I am heading to maybe engineering management and probably what I want to be is Chief Executive. You can see my occupation class is heading down and my income/wealth is heading up. So, it's clear to say occupation class mean nothing, the income/wealth mean something.

A new study has debunked the notion that Li is China's most popular surname. A 2006 survey of 296 million people in 1,100 counties and cities by the Chinese Academy of Sciences found that Li led the ranks of family names with about 7.4 per cent of the population.

However, state media reports a recent analysis of household registration data covering nearly all of China's population revealed that Wang is, in fact, the most common name in the country.

It says data shows almost 93 million mainland Chinese are called Wang, or about 7.25 per cent of the total population. Zhang is the country's third most popular name.

It turns out that falling in love may be a powerful way to crank up the bodily chemicals that boost brain power and enhance learning ability.

According to a new research study done at the University of Pavia (Italy) and published in Psychoneuroendocrinology, when you fall in love, a special chemical spikes in the brain.

This special chemical is called NGF- Nerve Growth Factor.

NGF has been shown to:

Create new brain cells and

Cause other brain cells to grow and connect to each other- a process very important for learning ability.

Interestingly, this chemical spike only lasts about 1 year-after which it falls back down to normal levels.

The scientists believe that the rise and fall of NGF correlates with the ‘rush’ you feel when you fall in love.

This makes sense from an evolutionary perspective, because ability to attract a desirable mate is highly correlated with intelligence.
